If you go through each class here from the beginning to the end you will be able to do these repairs.The truth is, this is a rewarding job, it feels great when you save someones memories, but it can also be tough. You cannot fix everything, and your going to make mistakes. That is part of growing and learning. I have failed on many repairs over my career. The most important thing you can do is be honest with your skill level, do not be afraid to try, and never give up. There are also going to be times when customers get mad at you, or flat out try to take advantage of you. We will talk about how to protect yourself and your business toward the end of the course. Everyone fails at some point and when you do, I want you to get right back up, that is how you become the good or even the best. What you are about to learn here is challenging, so be patient

In 2013 I became a single dad. I had very little money at the time. I had to move myself and daughter to a new building across town. I would meet my customers at Starbucks every day while pushing a stroller, some of those days I ate once and had little or no sleep it was tough. Well since then, I have been able to repair phones for over 11 years as well as building one of the first online schools for cell phone repair. I can tell you now as you read this that you are going to build confidence in your ability to do this job when you develop mental stamina. I was not always the best repair guy or even person, in fact I was probably the opposite. It was my ability to outlast every negative situation that came against me with mental stamina that gave me and will give you the edge. If your taking this journey now, I believe in you.
